What you see in the app

One screen for each job CourtCall AI does.

  • Instant replayA doubles point ends in an argument. A player hits the orange button on the fence and the last 30 seconds play on the court screen.

  • Line callOn a court with the Line option, a double press shows the bounce frame from the net-post camera. If it is too close, it says so.

  • Court useThe hub counts players on each court every hour, so the manager sees which courts are busy enough to sell as replay courts.

  • Clip to phoneAfter the match a player asks for the clip. It uploads only then, and the link stops working after 7 days.

App screens with sample data. The interface is in development.

    Lab updates for CourtCall AI

    All lab updates
    1. LatestOne basketball product per gym, as the smart backboard itself.
      • Still part of CourtOne, now redesigned as a smart backboard: https://iemilabs.com/products/courtone/

See it in 3DFull research and design

    2. Gyms and indoor courts need one product per court, not several kits and apps.
      • Folded into CourtOne: see https://iemilabs.com/products/courtone/

See it in 3DFull research and design

    3. A rec centre, YMCA or sportsplex gym is booked by the hour for pickleball, basketball shooting, cornhole leagues and coaching on the same lined floor (Pacific Beach and Fairfax County gym schedules; indoor cornhole leagues in Indianola, Kent County and St. Charles Parish). Each job has its own camera system today: PlayReplay about $3,200 per court a year, Noah $1,500 a basket plus $1,200 a year, Hudl cameras leased yearly.
      • Combined into CourtCam (https://iemilabs.com/products/courtcam/); CourtCall Club itself is unchanged

    CourtCall AI FAQ

    General FAQ
Is CourtCall approved for sanctioned tournaments?

No. CourtCall is designed for club, league and recreational play. It is not approved by any governing body for sanctioned events, and we do not claim compliance with any federation's rules.

Is video processed on the hub?

Yes. Ball tracking and line calls run on the court hub. Only highlight clips that players choose to save are uploaded to the app, and players can opt out of highlights.

    How is it installed?

Mount two camera units on the supplied 2.5 m stands or clamp them to the fence at diagonal corners, run PoE cables to the hub and calibrate with the app. One court takes about two hours.

    What connectivity does it need?

Line calls work locally on the hub. Wi-Fi or Ethernet is needed to send highlights to players and to update software.

    Is CourtCall AI available now?

No. CourtCall AI is a new concept in development. Specifications are target specifications. It is a concept: we are not taking orders, reservations or deposits, and it has no ship date yet.

What warranty will it come with?

We are planning a 2-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects. Final terms will be published before shipping begins.
