Community Guidelines

Every IEMI Labs product page has a community section where you can rate the idea, say whether you want it and leave a comment. We read all of it, and it shapes what we build. These guidelines keep it useful for everyone.

What this feedback is

Our products are in development. Ratings and comments are opinions about a product concept and its planned specifications. They are not reviews of a product anyone has bought or used, and we label them that way.

Please

• Tell us what you would use the product for, what is missing and what would make it worth buying.
• Comment on features, specifications, design and price. Specific feedback helps most.
• Be respectful, including when you disagree with us or with other people.

Please don’t

• Post personal information about yourself or anyone else (phone numbers, addresses, email addresses).
• Post links, adverts, spam or the same comment many times.
• Post anything abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, illegal or misleading.
• Pretend to be someone else, or post on behalf of a company without saying so.
• Post feedback in exchange for payment or a reward. We do not pay for or incentivise ratings.

How moderation works

• Most posts appear straight away.
• Posts that contain links, contact details or words on our block list are held for a quick review before they appear.
• We remove posts that break these guidelines. We do not remove posts because they are critical of us or our products.
• Only your display name, rating, topic, comment and date are shown publicly. Your email address (if you give one) is never shown and is used only to reply to you.
