Reservation Terms

These Reservation Terms explain how reservations and pilot-slot deposits work for IEMI Labs products. By placing a reservation you agree to these terms.

1. Products are in development

All IEMI Labs products are currently in development. Images on our website are product renders, and specifications are target specifications. Features, specifications, pricing, appearance and ship dates may change before release. We will tell reservation holders about material changes by email.

2. The deposit

  • A reservation requires a $49 USD deposit per unit (up to 10 units per reservation).
  • A pilot-slot deposit for the 2027 Pilot Program is also $49 USD and is optional.
  • The deposit holds your place in the queue for the product you selected. It is not a full payment, and we do not take full payment at the reservation stage.

3. Fully refundable

Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships, for any reason. To request a refund:

  • email [email protected] from the address you used to reserve, or
  • use the refund link in your reservation confirmation email.

We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

4. Credited against your purchase

If you decide to buy, the full deposit is credited against the purchase price of the reserved product.

5. No obligation

A reservation is not an order and does not oblige you to buy. Before any further payment, we will confirm the final price, specifications, shipping cost and estimated delivery date, and you can choose to complete your purchase or receive a refund.

5a. Paid 30-day pilots (ParkSense AI and LoadingDock AI)

  • A paid pilot costs $99 USD (ParkSense AI) or $500 USD (LoadingDock AI, one dock door) and covers a 30-day pilot on your site using your existing cameras.
  • Paying for a pilot books your place in the 2027 Pilot Program. We schedule pilots in the order they are booked, starting in Q1 2027, and confirm your installation date by email.
  • The pilot fee is fully refundable at any time before your pilot hardware is installed. Once installation has begun, the fee is non-refundable.
  • If you continue to a paid plan within 30 days of your pilot ending, the full pilot fee is credited against your first invoice.
  • If we cannot start your pilot within 120 days of payment, we will refund the fee in full unless you ask us to keep your place.
  • Pilot hardware remains IEMI Labs property. If you do not continue, we will send a prepaid return label.

6. If we cannot deliver

If we cancel a product, cannot ship to your country, or cannot fulfil your reservation for any other reason, we will refund your deposit in full.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. IEMI Labs does not see or store your full card details.

8. Transfers

Reservations are personal and may not be resold. If you would like to transfer a reservation to someone else, contact us and we will help where we reasonably can.
