ColdChain Guard AI is a 12 cm monitoring box that combines temperature, humidity, shock and door sensors with a low-light camera and an on-device AI model. It watches temperature-sensitive goods in trucks, containers, cold rooms and fridges 24/7, predicts excursions before they happen, detects tampering and door events, and alerts your team instantly over LTE, Wi-Fi or GPS-tracked links.

The problem

Temperature excursions spoil food, vaccines and medicines worth billions every year, and most cold-chain loggers only reveal a problem after delivery. General FAQ

Is the $49 reservation deposit refundable?

Yes. The $49 deposit is fully refundable any time before your unit ships — email [email protected] or use the refund link in your confirmation email. It is credited in full against the purchase price, and reserving creates no obligation to buy. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Is my data processed on the device?

Yes. Sensor analysis and image classification run on the device. Only readings, events and occasional snapshots are sent to the dashboard; continuous video is never uploaded.

How does it connect in transit?

Over LTE Cat-M / Cat-1 with GPS, using a planned global IoT SIM included in the subscription. In cold rooms it can use Wi-Fi. If coverage drops, readings are buffered and uploaded later.

How long does the battery last?

The target is several weeks in sensor-only mode with periodic snapshots. Continuous camera use or hard-wired vehicle power is recommended for long-haul transport.

How is it installed?

Attach it with magnets or screws inside the trailer, container or cold room, fit the door sensor, and activate it in the app. No wiring is needed for battery operation.

Is ColdChain Guard AI available now?

ColdChain Guard AI is in development. Specifications shown are target specifications and may change as we complete engineering validation. We are targeting a Q3 2027 ship window and will email reservation holders with every major milestone.

What warranty will it come with?

We are planning a 2-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects, with advance replacement for pilot and business customers. Final warranty terms will be published before shipping begins.
