What you see in the app

One screen for each job CareWatch AI does.

  • Long bathroom visitA resident in Room 12 has been in the en-suite far longer than usual. The carer gets a prompt to knock and check.

  • No movementOn a quiet afternoon one resident has sat without moving for 45 minutes. The room board shows the carer which door to look in.

  • Not up yetAn older man living alone has not got out of bed by his usual time. The agency coordinator calls him before sending a caregiver.

  • Response timeOn Monday the manager sees how fast staff answered each prompt last week, and which shifts were slowest.

App screens with sample data. The interface is in development.

    Lab updates for CareWatch AI

    All lab updates
    1. LatestA care home or ward needs one thing at each bed that calls a resident getting up before they stand, someone on the floor and what a call is for, and fills the turn, fluid and hand-rub records, without a camera in a private room. CQC asks for the least intrusive option, a bed-exit signal is a Class I exempt bed-patient monitor (21 CFR 880.2400), and homes pay about $240 a room + $19.99 a month for a wall radar (Vayyar) on top of mats and call bells.

    CareWatch AI FAQ

    General FAQ
    Does CareWatch use a camera?

No. CareWatch uses 60 GHz radar, which measures motion and position as data points rather than images. It has no camera and no microphone, and all detection runs on the device. Only events and activity summaries are sent to the app.

    Is CareWatch a medical device?

CareWatch is designed as a safety-notification aid for carers, not to diagnose or treat any condition. It does not replace staff checks or care plans. We are reviewing the regulatory position for each market before launch.

    How is it installed?

Mount the puck high on a wall or on the ceiling, plug in the USB-C supply and mark the bed, bathroom and door zones in the setup app. A room takes about 15 minutes.

    What connectivity does it need?

Wi-Fi for most sites. For homes without broadband, an LTE-M option is planned. Detection keeps running on the device during internet outages.

    Is CareWatch AI available now?

No. CareWatch AI is a new concept in development. Specifications are target specifications. It is a concept: we are not taking orders, reservations or deposits, and it has no ship date yet.

What warranty will it come with?

We are planning a 2-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects, with advance replacement for care providers. Final terms will be published before shipping begins.
