IEMI Labs - RacketOne net-post board, revision A-0 (placement), 3 Nov 2026
==========================================================================

STATUS: PLACEMENT STAGE. NOT READY TO MANUFACTURE. Do not order boards from these files.

What these files ARE:
  - the post board's real shape (one rigid-flex piece: cell tab, cell flex, foot section,
    kitchen camera head, lower section with two key tabs, panel section, brain, radio section,
    upper section and the line camera head), with every part at its real size and position,
    on its side;
  - both posts use the same board; parts marked "home post only" are left off the away post;
  - checked: our fit checks pass (incl. the round Ø76.2 post and both camera views through
    their windows) and KiCad 10 design rule check gives 0 violations.

What is still missing before a board maker can quote and build it:
  - the schematic (every connection between the chips);
  - full footprints (pads) for every part (here they are outlines at the real size);
  - copper routing on all layers, incl. the RV1126B memory and power and both camera links;
  - drill files, solder mask and paste layers, impedance-controlled stack-up;
  - rigid-flex drawing (bend lines, stiffeners, coverlay) and the assembly BOM.

Files:
  racketone-board.kicad_pcb KiCad 10 board (open with KiCad, free: kicad.org)
  racketone-board.step 3D model of the bare board (for mechanical CAD)
  racketone-board-parts.csv every part: what it is, section, side, which post, position, size, height, source
  assembly-side-A.pdf drawing of side A (court face; cell tab: top)
  assembly-side-B.pdf drawing of side B (post middle; cell tab: bottom), mirrored
  gerbers/ outline, silkscreen, fab, courtyard and comment layers only (no copper yet)

Coordinates: x across the board (= along the net, 0 = post centre), y along the unfolded board.
For the spine sections y is the height above the court; the cell tab lies flat on the cells at z -62.
The board is generated by code: products/racketone/hardware/pcb/racketone-board.mjs in the IEMI repository.
